Rich brings his nearly 35 years of experience across the telecommunications and professional services industry. His background spans public and private sector leadership, including PUD telecom management, network engineering, outside plant development, business development, and long-range strategic planning. Rich is known for his deep technical expertise paired with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to managing complex network environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from City University. Outside of work, Rich is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting with his dogs.
