Network Operations Center Analyst

NoaNet has an immediate need for an entry level Network Operations Analyst. NoaNet is a nonprofit corporation that provides wholesale telecommunications services on its carrier-class/fiber optic Data and TDM network

The NOC Analyst serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquires concerning their telecommunications services. You will perform actions to identify and analyze network events, solve or dispatch troubles, check work status, and document actions taken regarding network troubles, assisting customers, and creating trouble tickets.  This position supports our 24/7 on going operations and candidates must be flexible and open to any shift.

This position requires 1-2 years customer call center experience or have previously worked in an Network Operations Center. Basic understanding of communication networking components such as routers and switches as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications is desired.

This is a full time entry level position. We offer an excellent Medical and Dental benefits package, 10 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 10 vacation days.
