Broadband Construction Video/Photography Contract
NoaNet is requesting proposals from qualified video/photography firms to document federal (BTOP) broadband grant implementation and support its public outreach program. The contractor should have the ability to both shoot and produce videos, and shoot high quality photographic images.
NoaNet, a non-profit corporation, headquartered in Tacoma, Washington is expanding our broadband network through an infusion of $180 million in federal grants to reach more than 170 communities and 2,000 schools, hospitals, emergency responders, libraries, colleges and universities. NoaNet is leading this effort on behalf of more than 50 organizations, tribes, cities and counties from across the state that joined together to bring the promise of broadband to their communities.
Universal broadband will make life more livable, businesses more productive, jobs more plentiful, and the Internet more accessible.
Our goals for the BTOP video/photographic services are to:
· Document and demonstrate that BTOP funds are being used effectively
· Build public awareness of new broadband service
· Inform and engage BTOP partners
· Support and facilitate use of new broadband service by local communities, businesses and agencies throughout Washington state
Scope of Work
NoaNet is seeking a video/photographic contractor that will shoot and maintain a library of video and images covering broadband construction and stakeholders over the next year for public outreach purposes. The contractor will also work with NoaNet to produce a series of short videos using the library as a resource for board meetings, presentations to community groups and other outreach needs.

NoaNet is seeking fixed priced bids to complete the scope of work based on a set hourly rate schedule. Selection will be based on the proposed bid price, qualifications and work examples.
